We are leading the way in the technology space of Dental Technology by implementing the Laser Sintered Chrome Cobalt Partial Metal Denture frameworks. We measure each patient in house and come up with the best possible tooth setting for the patient by listening to their needs as well as considering the look they want for a cosmetic denture and also the functional requirements needed for better chewing and speaking. This process involves the customer giving their own input as well to help us make sure they are happy with the teeth themselves by doing a wax try in of the teeth. Once both the clinician and the patient are happy with the look of the teeth we then scan the highly accurate models of the patient’s mouth and begin computer design of the metal framework to fit the teeth size and position that has been agreed upon.
The dentures that we make at times have very little space to fit into or at times we find patients with a heavier bite so we need premium strength and a high quality fit to the denture. A Chrome Cobalt framework really does add all of the above to a denture. They have structural support where needed and can use the healthy teeth to prevent the denture from digging into the gums. This is a huge advantage when chewing tougher foods. We can promise you that our Chrome Cobalt is near 100% density and is even Medical Grade because it is laser sintered right here in New Zealand.
